ORDER STATUS:

Q: I just placed an order, when will I receive it?

A:  We ship once a day via USPS Standard and priority Mail and also use UPS for a few products. The processing time for sending the items is 1-2 business days. For example, any product ordered on Friday, will be sent on Monday or on Tuesday. Usually, It takes 2 to 4 business days to deliver anywhere within US. Once the order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via Stamps.com. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check the spam and the trash folders.

Primarily, all packages are domestic packages and will be delivered by USPS (US Postal Service). International packages are normally serviced by USPS, However, at our discretion, we may also utilize the services of DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Q: CUSTOMS FEES:

A: Shipping orders to addresses outside of the United States will most likely incur customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on the way. As we have no control over these fees, we can’t predict or pay them for you.

Please make sure you are aware of the customs and import rules and regulations for your country, as they vary greatly from country to country, and item to item. We do expect you, the customer, to be aware of anything that might affect your order on its way in to your country.

If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes and opt to have the package returned to us, we will still be charged those fees on the way out of your country and on the way in to ours. Those charges will be subtracted from any refund you may be eligible for.

Q: I provided the incorrect address. What should I do?

A: If you find that you have submitted a payment with the incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can note your order. Please understand that we are required to ship to the address that is listed on your payment. Once payment has been completed, we can not alter alter the shipping address after that point.

For orders shipped via USPS, you can contact USPS and place a mail forward on file, which will catch any mail coming to the incorrect address and forward it to your correct address. Please contact USPS for further information at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Q: I would like to return the item I ordered? I ordered the wrong item or model?

A: You are welcome to return the item you ordered incorrectly for a refund, per our return policy, or an exchange. Please contact us via email to request an Exchange or to return the item.

For a refund or exchange, products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.

Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in undamaged, clean, and brand- new condition.

Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or with serial number missing or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

If the product returned has any data or information stored on a memory or storage device, ENAPY shall not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information or to maintain the confidentiality of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

Physically damaged  Quadcoptors/Drones will not be accepted for return.

Select aerial photography drones are only returnable if the product is unopened. Open boxes will not be accepted for return.

Q: What shipping service do I use to return my order?

A: Please use USPS Standard Service (US Postal Service) for to return a product to us. If there is any issue with the product, we'll either send you a Pre-Paid label. For replacements, we'll send you a pre-paid label with an envelope.

 

PAYMENTS:

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards are accepted. We also accept Paypal and the e-Check processing is available via Paypal.  All payments must be made in US currency.

Q: How do I report a problem or bug on the website?

A: If you ever run into a problem or bug on the website, we want to hear from you. Just enter the description of the issue you're having on our website contact form.
